New projects!

Thanks {or maybe it's no thanks} to several Facebook groups that are popping up hourly in my community I have some projects in the works! 

 

The first one is this chair-it was such a steal for $15!  My original thought was to use it as our office chair but it's a little low.  I may solve that problem by getting a new desk since we have a tabletop one from IKEA and I'm totally over it.  I'm sure my hubby would be thrilled with that decision! 

 

Any suggestions on how to refinsh this thing? 

 

 

I also picked up this cute chicken wire memo frame.  I realize I could make one of these myself but I know I never will.  The gal selling it gave me a good deal so I'm happy about that!

 

Now to decide if I should paint the frame.  The gold doesn't really go in my house.  I could paint the frame black and use it in my office or white and hang it in my daughter's room for her headbands.  So many choices.  I had it hanging in my craft room but it was too cute to be hidden all the time. 

 

 

 

Would you guys paint it or leave it gold?
